Prompt communication when you miss or you are late to work

+As soon as you know you will miss the job, notify director Hitomi (So that we can find the sub coaches)

+Whenever you have doubt of possibility to be late to arrive, notify SRG(Hitomi) as soon as possible.

Good example : Coach XXX’s job shift is 9AM-1pm today. At 8:25 am, she noticed that the bus is running late and she started being nervous if she might not make it to the gym on time. So she text messaged Director Hitomi “Bus is running late. I might be late a few minutes” at 8:25. Hitomi was not supposed to work on that day. But she was available. So she left home right after and arrived gym before 9:00 to welcome gymnasts and family instead of Coach XXX. Director Hitomi and Gymnasts/family were so happy that children did not need to wait outside not knowing when the coach arrive.

Bad example : Coach YYY’s job shift is 9AM-1pm. At 8:25 am she noticed that bus is running late a few minutes and she was wondering if she will make it or not. Since she was not sure if she will make it or not, she thought she would wait a bit. At 8:55, bus was still 10 minutes away from the gym. So Coach YYY text messaged Director Hitomi “Bus is running late. I will be late 5 minutes”. Coach Hitomi were being forced to call all parents whose children were supposed to be at the gym at 9:00 am on that day but could not reach some of the families. At 9:00 O’clock, gymnasts and families were wondering when the coaches will arrive. When Coach YYY arrived at 9:05 am gymnasts and family were not happy at all. Needless to say Director Hitomi was not happy.

Good example: Coach XXX’s job shift is 9AM-1pm today. At 8:25 am, she noticed that the bus is running late and she started being nervous if she might not make it to the gym on time. So she text messaged Director Hitomi “Bus is running late. I might be late a few minutes” at 8:25. Hitomi was not supposed to work on that day. But she was available. So she left home right after and arrived gym at 9:00 to welcome gymnasts and family. When she arrived at the almost same timing Coach XXX arrived.(So technically Coach XXX was not late). Director Hitomi and gymnasts/families were just happy that all worked out.
