Schedule of a full day camp(Sample):

9AM – 10:45 Warm up, Jump rope, Ballet, Dance etc
10:45 – 11:00 snack break
11:00 – 12:30 Apparatus practice (Hoop, Rope, Clubs, Ribbon and Ball)
12:30 – 1:30 Lunch and game time
1:30 – 3:00 Rhythmic Gymnastics dance practice using apparatus and music/creative dance
3:00 – 3:15 snack break
3:15 – 4PM other activities(game, Origami, craft etc)

Showcase 3PM-4PM every Friday

Cancellation Policy :

+Cancellation before April 1st : Full amount refund
+Cancellation before May 1st : 50% refund
+Cancellation before June 1st : 30 % refund
+Cancellation between June 2nd and the first day of camp: 10 % refund
+Cancellation the day before the camp starting date and later : No refund

Practice wear :

Leotard or T-shirt/Tank top + fit exercise pants. Skirt is not allowed. Socks or gymnastics
shoes needed. Long hair must be tied.

Food/drink to bring:
A bottle of water and most importantly kid’s favorite food for lunch. And morning snack and afternoon snack(So total 2 sets of snack). Please do not bring nuts for snack (since there are children with nuts allergy in our club).  If your child have food allergy or food restriction, please let us know in advance by e-mail or by written paper.
(Sun block or hat: We might have lunch outside thus please let your child bring sun block and/or hat if needed)

Drop off / Pick Up policy:
Drop off time : Between 9:00 AM and 9:10 AM (Early drop off is not possible.)
Pick up time is 4PM(for half day campers 1PM). If someone other than children’s parents pick your girl up in the evening, please let us know in advance. Late pick up fee for a pick up later than 4:05(For half day camper 1:05), $5 every 5 minutes.

(Minimum enrollment for each camp is 10. Maximum is 15). Seattle Rhythmic Gymnastics reserves the right to cancel a camp with a full refund if it does not meet the minimum enrollment. Camp cancellation will be announced 45 days in advance.)
