I understand that participation in any activities conducted during Seattle Rhythmic Gymnastics (SRG) lessons and events (“Activities”) involves inherent risks of serious bodily injury. These risks may arise from the actions or inaction of the gymnast/player, other participants, the conditions of the facility, the negligence of the “Released Parties” (as defined below), or other causes. I also acknowledge that there may be additional risks that are not currently known or foreseeable.
I voluntarily accept and assume all such risks and full responsibility for any losses, costs, or damages that may result from participation in the Activities. I hereby give my consent for my child to participate in the Activities and assume all risks and hazards incidental to participation, including transportation to and from the Activities.
I confirm that my child is in good health, physically and mentally fit, and properly prepared to participate. If at any time I believe this is no longer the case, or that participation is unsafe, I will immediately withdraw my child from the Activity.
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Seattle Rhythmic Gymnastics, including its owners, officers, administrators, employees, agents, volunteers, sponsors, advertisers, coaches, supervisors, facility owners/lessors, and any other individuals involved in conducting the Activities (collectively, the “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising out of or related to participation in the Activities, including those caused by negligence.
I further agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to such participation.
I agree that both my child and I will follow all rules and policies outlined on each program’s enrollment webpage.
Late Pick-Up Policy:
A late pick-up fee of $1 per minute will be charged for pick-ups more than 5 minutes late.
I authorize Seattle Rhythmic Gymnastics to use photographs and videos of my child taken during Activities for promotional purposes, including printed materials, the SRG website, and social media.
Payment Policy:
No credits or refunds will be issued once payment is made. Payment secures your child’s spot for the selected term.
Program Cancellation Policy:
SRG reserves the right to cancel sessions, classes, or camps if minimum enrollment is not met (4 participants for seasonal sessions, 5 for camps). In such cases, a full refund will be issued. Notification will be provided:
At least 1 week in advance for seasonal sessions
At least 2 months in advance for camps
Notifications will be sent via email and posted on SRG’s official Facebook page. SRG is not responsible for missed communications (e.g., emails sent to spam or not received) and will not compensate for any related inconvenience or loss.
Online Class Policy:
If necessary (e.g., due to COVID-19 or similar circumstances), classes may be temporarily moved online. No refunds or credits will be issued in such cases.
Cancellation and Refund Policy (General Camps):
More than 8 weeks before camp: 75% refund
8 weeks to 2 weeks before camp: 50% refund
2 weeks to 1 day before camp: 25% refund
Day of camp: No refund
1-Day Camp Cancellation Policy:
More than 2 weeks before: 75% refund
2 weeks to 1 day before: 50% refund
Day of camp: No refund
